Russ McMillan retired in 2023 after more than 30 years in the financial services industry. Since beginning his career in 1992, Russ dedicated himself to helping individuals and families better understand their finances and more effectively utilize their financial resources.
As the founder and former president of TRIAD Wealth, Russ worked with individuals, families, and business owners on strategies focused on wealth accumulation, tax efficiency, and long-term financial planning. Throughout his career, he emphasized financial education and the principles of economics, believing that clients were better served when they understood not only what financial strategies they were implementing, but why.
Russ built TRIAD Wealth around these principles and spent decades developing lasting relationships with the clients and families he served. His son, Garrett, joined him in the business in 2009 and now serves as President and owner of TRIAD Wealth, continuing the firm Russ founded.
Russ has been happily married to his wife, Linda, since 1979. They have one son, Garrett, and have called St. Louis home for more than 30 years. In retirement, Russ enjoys traveling the world, great food, riding his Harley-Davidson, and spending time with family.
